Daytrove

Your activity, sleep, heart and daily logs in one app.

Daytrove reads the health data you allow from Apple Health or Health Connect, and lets you log water, food, habits and weight. Your data stays on your device and in your Daytrove account, so your devices show the same numbers.

  • No ads
  • We do not sell your data
  • No advertising or ad tracking

Not available to download yet. Daytrove is still being built and tested.

Daytrove home screen: readiness 82 and activity 100 rings with a note that you are well recovered, this week's steps with 3 of 7 days on goal, and the report card for a 31 minute, 5 km run.

See it together

Your health data in one place

Daytrove shows what Apple Health or Health Connect already hold, including data that other apps such as Samsung Health save there.

  • Steps, distance and energy

Daily totals, with week, month and year views.

  • Heart

Heart rate over time. Resting heart rate and heart rate variability feed your readiness score.

  • Sleep

Time asleep and sleep stages for each night, sleep debt for the week, and a year view.

  • Workouts

Workouts from your watch or other apps, with time, distance, pace and heart rate, and steps when they are recorded.

  • Weight

Your weigh-ins over time, in kg or lb.

  • Counted once

When your phone and your watch both count the same walk, steps, distance and energy keep the larger source for each hour instead of adding the two.

Today tiles with trend lines: 9,596 steps of 8,000, heart rate 77 bpm with a 52 to 162 range, 7 hours 10 minutes of sleep, 646 kcal, 8.4 km, 72.3 kg, 750 of 2,500 ml of water and 2 of 3 habits.
Sleep screen for the night of 19 September: a score of 94 for a restful night, 7 hours 10 minutes asleep of the 7 hours 30 minutes needed, and a timeline of the sleep stages.
Report for a morning run: 31 minutes, 5.04 km at an average pace of 6:15 per km, 322 kcal, and a heart rate of 148 bpm on average and 162 at most.

Scores

Scores that show their working

Readiness, activity and sleep scores from 0 to 100. Each one lists what moved it, such as last night's sleep against the sleep you need, or your resting heart rate against your own baseline.

  • Each score comes with a short phrase and advice, such as "Well recovered".
  • Until there is history to compare with, readiness says "Building baseline".
  • Scores are estimates for your own tracking, not medical advice.
Readiness screen: a high score of 82, well recovered, with the four factors that moved it, led by resting heart rate and heart rate variability.

Logging

Log the rest in a couple of taps

  • Water

Quick amounts, or type your own. Drinks you log on your watch count too, and a drink you delete is gone from your phone and your watch.

  • Food

Scan a barcode or search. Food data comes from Open Food Facts, a public database, so check the label.

  • Habits

Tick off the habits you set up, day by day.

  • Weight

Log weigh-ins in kg or lb, and save them to Apple Health or Health Connect if you choose.

  • Works offline

Logging works without a connection. Your entries sync when you are back online.

Log screen: 750 ml of water today, 30% of the 2,500 ml goal, quick buttons for 150, 250 and 500 ml, ways to scan a barcode, search foods or add food by hand, recent foods, and a 340 kcal breakfast.

Your history

Bring your history with you

Already tracking somewhere else? Import your past data from Settings > Data > Import history.

  • An Apple Health export, a Google Fit export from Google Takeout, or a Samsung Health data download.
  • The file is read on your device. Only the readings are synced to your account.
  • Importing the same file again adds nothing, and where history overlaps, totals count each hour once.
Steps year view from October 2025 to September 2026: a daily average of 7,931 steps, and a bar for each month against the 8,000 step goal.

What Daytrove does with your health data

  • Reads only what you approve

Steps, distance, active energy, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, weight, sleep sessions and stages, and workouts. You choose which of these to allow.

  • Writes one type

Weight, and only when you log a weigh-in and choose to save it to Apple Health or Health Connect. The Daytrove watch apps write nothing to Apple Health or Health Connect.

  • Used only for your features

Never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and never uploaded to iCloud by Daytrove. Your phone's own backup can still include the app's copy.

  • Yours to switch off

Remove access at any time in the Health app on iPhone or in Health Connect on Android.
